Frequently asked questions

Short answers about traffic estimates, earnings, data sources and what WorthCheck can and cannot tell you.

What is WorthCheck?

WorthCheck is a free website worth and traffic estimator. Enter any domain to see live global rank, estimated daily visitors, pageviews, monthly ad revenue and a sale-value estimate.

When did WorthCheck start?

WorthCheck launched in September 2026. The first public version combined Tranco rank, RDAP WHOIS, DNS and server geo into one report, the same core used today.

Are the earnings real AdSense numbers?

No. Revenue is an estimate: pageviews / 1000 x country CPM. Actual AdSense, affiliate or subscription income can be much higher or lower.

Where does traffic data come from?

Global rank comes from the Tranco research list. Visitors are modelled from that rank. We do not sit on your analytics account and we do not scrape private dashboards.

Why is a small site showing traffic?

If a domain is missing from Tranco, WorthCheck still returns a modelled rank so the tool is usable. Treat those reports as directional, not measured traffic.

How is website worth calculated?

Worth = yearly estimated ad revenue x 6. Public worth tools often use a similar multiple. Buyers also price brand, email list, profit and risk, which this model does not see.

Do I need an account?

No. Lookups work without signup. Recent reports are cached for a few hours to keep public APIs healthy.

Can I check any website?

Yes, as long as the domain is valid. Results are better for large, well-ranked sites. Brand-new or tiny sites have weaker public signals.

Is this affiliated with SiteWorthTraffic or SE Ranking?

No. WorthCheck is an independent estimator inspired by that category of tools. We are not those products and we do not resell their paid data.

Do you store the domains I search?

Lookups may sit in a short server cache so repeat checks are fast. We do not sell search logs. See the Privacy page.
